Amanta Healthcare Sets Stage for IPO with NSE and BSE Submission

In a strategic move to bolster its financial base, Amanta Healthcare Limited has submitted its Draft Red Herring Prospectus with leading stock exchanges NSE and BSE, paving the way for an Initial Public Offering (IPO). This significant step comes as the company plans to issue up to 12.5 million equity shares with a nominal value of Rs 10 each, all categorized under the fresh issue provision.
Amanta intends to channel these funds into capital expenditures, particularly for civil construction and machinery purchases essential for establishing new manufacturing lines at its Gujarat plant in Hariyala, Kheda. These lines will be dedicated to its SteriPort and Small Volume Parenteral (SVP) products. For the fiscal year ending March 31, 2024, Amanta reported an impressive revenue of Rs 28,034.03 lakh, an EBITDA of Rs 5,875.65 lakh, and a PAT of Rs 363.32 lakh.
Specializing in sterile liquid pharmaceuticals, Amanta Healthcare operates using advanced technologies like Aseptic Blow-Fill-Seal and Injection Stretch Blow Moulding.
