Senior Project Officer Vivek Vishal emphasized the multifaceted nature of the project, which will upgrade and preserve the region's rich heritage and cultural sites while also establishing state-of-the-art facilities. Key developments include the restoration of Naggar Castle in Kullu, the beautification of public spaces, and the construction of modern tourist facilities.
