The allegations encompass several products, such as 1,1,1,2-Tetrafluoroethane, Acrylonitrile Butadiene Rubber, certain antioxidants, polytetrafluoroethylene, black toner powder cartridge, and cold-rolled electrical steel.

If the inquiry confirms material injury to domestic producers, the DGTR may recommend anti-dumping duties. The final decision will rest with the Finance Ministry. Such measures aim to ensure fair trade and protect domestic industries, as outlined by WTO regulations.
