In a startling incident early Tuesday, a container truck heading towards Mumbai crashed into the compound wall of an ashram school in Palghar district, Maharashtra, officials reported.

Without any reported injuries, the crash occurred around 5 am on the Mumbai-Ahmedabad Highway, impacting the Tawa Ashram School run by the Dahanu Tribal Project. The school, housing 580 students, was not in session at the time, avoiding potential casualties.

While traffic on the busy highway was temporarily disrupted, normal flow resumed after the truck was removed, ensuring minimal long-term impact, according to authorities.
