Symbiosis Skills and Professional University Celebrates 5th Convocation Ceremony

Symbiosis Skills and Professional University (SSPU) in Pune marked its 5th Convocation Ceremony on September 30, 2024. Distinguished guests including AICTE Chairman Prof. T. G. Sitharam and Force Motors Chairman Dr. Abhay Firodia graced the event, celebrating the achievements of 984 graduates.

Dr. Swati Mujumdar, Pro-Chancellor, shared that the university aims to produce industry-ready youth, with a notable record of excellent placements and the highest UG salary package of 32 lacs. The university, ranked No. 1 in the Skill University category by the Ministry of Education, offers niche courses aligned with industry needs.

Prof. T. G. Sitharam emphasized the importance of skill-based education for employability, applauding the university's efforts. Dr. Abhay Firodia highlighted the global need for skilled manpower. Special awards like the Atmanirbhar and Kushal Awards were given to meritorious students, showcasing successful entrepreneurship and career launches.
