Turtlemint, an insurtech leader, has disclosed notable insights into its vast network of over 3.5 lakh certified insurance advisors, emphasizing the growing impact of younger generations in the insurance advisory realm. With Gen Z and Millennials spearheading around 85% of total sales, Turtlemint showcases its market prowess, having facilitated premiums worth over Rs 2,000 crore in the past year. This achievement highlights the contribution of tech-savvy advisors and the company's success in attracting a diverse array of experienced professionals.

These advisors not only dominate in numbers but are more inclined to utilize technology to deepen insurance penetration. Turtlemint's data reveals that 78% of Gen Z advisors and 74% of Millennial advisors primarily conduct their business online, reflecting a digital-first approach to making insurance accessible in remote and underserved regions. In many states, about 80% of certified advisors are from Gen Z and Millennials.

The rise of new InsurTech platforms is facilitating the entry of fresh advisors, making the insurance sector increasingly appealing and dynamic. Early talent acquisition ensures long-term industry engagement.
