The Indian Electrical & Electronics Manufacturers' Association (IEEMA) has officially named Sunil Singhvi, CEO of Secure Meters, as its new President for the 2024-25 term. This announcement came during the association's 77th Annual General Meeting and Convention held in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

Incoming President Singhvi has laid out a comprehensive vision focused on expanding IEEMA's strategic leadership and enhancing its global presence. He emphasized the importance of quality, safety, and reliability (QSR) in driving innovations within the electrical sector. Singhvi aims to explore new growth avenues such as green hydrogen, energy storage, and e-mobility.

Outgoing President Hamza Arsiwala, CMD of Stelmec Ltd, expressed confidence in the new leadership team, praising their commitment to advancing IEEMA's vision. Newly elected President-Elect Vikram Gandotra and Vice-President Siddharth Bhutoria echoed similar sentiments, highlighting the association's focus on industry development and policy advocacy.
