The Adani Group has earned a spot on TIME's prestigious World's Best Companies of 2024 list, prepared in collaboration with Statista, a leading global industry ranking and statistics portal. This accolade underscores the Adani Group's dedication to employee satisfaction, revenue growth, and sustainability. The recognition is a testament to the group's relentless efforts to push boundaries and achieve excellence in various business sectors, the Adani Group announced in a statement.
The selection for the World's Best Companies 2024 list involved rigorous analysis across three major dimensions: Employee Satisfaction, Revenue Growth, and Sustainability (ESG). Employee satisfaction was gauged through surveys conducted in over 50 countries, gathering insights from approximately 170,000 participants on work conditions, salary, equality, and overall company image.
Companies needed to demonstrate significant revenue growth, with revenues surpassing USD 100 million in 2023, and showcasing their growth trajectory from 2021 to 2023. Sustainability evaluations were based on standardized ESG KPIs from Statista's ESG Database and targeted research.
Eight of the eleven listed Adani portfolio companies were highlighted in this assessment, signaling strong performance across the group. These companies include Adani Enterprises Ltd, Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone Ltd, Adani Green Energy Ltd, Adani Energy Solutions Ltd, Adani Total Gas Ltd, Ambuja Cements Ltd, Adani Power Ltd, and Adani Wilmar Ltd.
