IYDF and Gorakhpur Bakery Join Hands for Heartwarming Charity Event

The IYDF and Gorakhpur Bakery organized a charity event in Gorakhnath, offering essential supplies and activities for 148 disabled children. Volunteers provided food, educational materials, and engaging activities, uplifting the children's spirits and fostering their interest in learning.

The International Youth Development Fund (IYDF), in collaboration with Gorakhpur Bakery, hosted a significant charity event at the Regional Centre for Disabled Children (Samekit Chetriy Kendr Divyangjan) in Gorakhnath, Uttar Pradesh. The initiative aimed to enhance the quality of life for 148 disabled children by providing essential supplies and nurturing their enthusiasm towards education.

The event came to life through the unwavering dedication of 15 volunteers, including Sonu Dubey, Mahindra Dubey, and others. They collaborated with the IYDF to deliver crucial resources to the children. The donations comprised vital food items such as rice, wheat, cooking oil, biscuits, and sweets, ensuring the children received nutritious meals. Educational tools including books, notebooks, and school bags were also distributed to support their learning needs.

In addition to donations, volunteers organized interactive activities like Ludo and drawing contests, which captured the children's imagination and creativity. The joyful atmosphere and heartfelt interactions highlighted the event's emotional impact, extending beyond material aid to foster a sense of community and belonging. Neeraj Maksad, head of the orphanage, expressed deep gratitude, underscoring the event's contribution to both emotional and educational support for the children.
