Rewa Airport Gets DGCA Approval, Boosting Regional Connectivity in Madhya Pradesh

The Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) has granted an operating licence to the newly established Rewa Airport in Madhya Pradesh's Vindhya region, according to Chief Minister Mohan Yadav. The airport is expected to significantly boost the region's economic and regional connectivity.
With the addition of Rewa Airport, Madhya Pradesh will now have a total of six airports, including those in Bhopal, Indore, Jabalpur, Gwalior, and Khajuraho, stated an official. Under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the airport aims to be a milestone in the region's development, aligning with the motto 'Developed India-Developed Madhya Pradesh.'
Deputy Chief Minister Rajendra Shukla, a resident of the Vindhya region, noted that the airport will not only make air travel a reality for local citizens but also boost trade, employment, and tourism. Shukla extended his gratitude to the prime minister, Union Civil Aviation Minister Kinjarapu Ram Mohan Naidu, and the chief minister for their efforts in bringing this project to fruition.
