Civil Aviation Secretary Vumlunmang Vualnam confirmed the participation of 41 countries, including Singapore, Vietnam, Indonesia, and Japan, although representatives from Pakistan will be absent. The conference is a collaboration between the Indian government and the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) APAC. The inaugural event took place in Beijing in 2018, and since then, India has seen substantial growth in its aviation infrastructure.
