Pritika Group, a leader in engineering and automotive components, aims for sales of Rs 950 crore over the next three years, buoyed by a robust Rs 650 crore order book, according to a company statement released on Monday.

Harpreet S Nibber, Managing Director of Pritika Engineering Components Ltd, projects a profit after tax (PAT) margin of 7-10 percent within this timeframe. The company's strategy builds on strong financial results from FY 2023-24 and early success in FY 2025's initial quarter. The group saw a 15.74 percent year-on-year income growth, reaching Rs 343.71 crore, with EBITDA up by Rs 54.10 crore.

To meet growing demand, Pritika Engineering Components Ltd will expand capacity and venture into railways and defense sectors, supported by a capital expenditure plan of Rs 49.50 crore funded through increased authorized share capital. Pritika Auto Industries Ltd is set to hit Rs 425-450 crore in consolidated sales this fiscal year, while Pritika Engineering Components Ltd targets Rs 110-125 crore.
