In a bid to enhance Macao's tourism portfolio, Agoda and Sands China Ltd. have inked a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). The agreement aims to position Macao as a premier destination for leisure and business travel by promoting its UNESCO World Heritage sites and diverse attractions.

Under the partnership, both companies will launch joint marketing initiatives and develop tailored products to attract high-value international tourists. Sands China, which operates five integrated resorts in Macao, will leverage its extensive facilities, including 10 international hotel brands and numerous entertainment venues, to make Macao even more attractive to visitors.

Andrew Smith, Senior Vice President of Supply at Agoda, expressed excitement about the collaboration, highlighting Agoda's ease of access to accommodations, flights, and other travel needs. Kris Kaminsky, Senior Vice President of Hotel Operations at Sands China, echoed these sentiments, pointing to the positive impact the partnership is expected to have on Macao's tourism economy. Both organizations are committed to using this partnership to further support tourism initiatives and diversify visitor markets.
