Mach Conferences and Events Limited, a key player in the MICE industry, has successfully secured a capital infusion of Rs 35.51 crore through an anchor book process on September 03, 2024, shortly before its scheduled IPO launch.
According to the exchange filing, 21 esteemed investors participated in the anchor book offering. The investors include LC Radiance Fund VCC, Strategic Sixth Sense Capital Fund, Persistent Growth Fund-Varsu India Growth Story Scheme 1, and Nav Capital VCC - Nav Capital Emerging Star Fund, among others.
Mach Conferences has allocated a total of 15,78,000 equity shares to these anchor investors, each priced at Rs 225. This strategic pricing highlights investor confidence in the company's future prospects and its market position.
