Air India Express has announced the addition of two new daily direct flights from Bengaluru, connecting the city with Vijayawada and Indore.

The airline, a subsidiary of Air India and part of the Tata group, operates over 380 daily flights, linking 32 domestic and 14 international airports. Officials revealed that Agartala, the capital of Tripura, has been inaugurated as its 32nd domestic destination. On Sunday, Air India Express also launched daily direct flights from Agartala to Guwahati and Kolkata, providing convenient one-stop connections to eight additional domestic destinations, including Delhi.

Moreover, the airline has initiated new daily connections between Hyderabad and Guwahati, all commencing concurrently. From Bengaluru, Air India Express runs 376 weekly flights, connecting to 24 domestic destinations, such as Ayodhya, Bagdogra, Bhubaneswar, Chennai, Delhi, Goa, Guwahati, Gwalior, Hyderabad, Indore, Jaipur, Kochi, Kolkata, Kozhikode, Lucknow, Mangaluru, Mumbai, Pune, Ranchi, Surat, Thiruvananthapuram, Varanasi, Vijayawada, and Visakhapatnam, in addition to an international route to Abu Dhabi.
