India's top 21 real estate developers have collectively sold properties valued at nearly Rs 35,000 crore in the recent June quarter, with Godrej Properties topping the list for sale bookings.

The majority of these developers saw annual growth in sale bookings, fueled by strong consumer demand for residential properties, particularly luxury homes.

Godrej Properties reported pre-sales of Rs 8,637 crore, making it the largest listed player. DLF Ltd's sales rocketed over three times, reaching Rs 6,404 crore. Mumbai-based Macrotech Developers, known for its Lodha brand, clocked pre-sales of Rs 4,030 crore, while Signature Global, Prestige Estates Projects, and others also posted strong figures.
