In a significant development for the Goa Animation, Visual Effects, Comics, and Gaming (AVCG) XR community, Tapan Acharya has been appointed as the president of the newly formed governing body. This appointment heralds a renewed wave of leadership aimed at steering the industry toward innovation and growth.

Under the mentorship of Ashish Kulkarni, Chairman of FCCI Forum AVGC-XR India, the organization has strategically positioned itself for success by appointing a robust leadership team. This includes Kishore Sahit as vice-president, Rohit Khandekar as Gen Secretary, Vinay Bhat as joint secretary, and Jeetendra Shikerkar as treasurer. These leaders bring extensive experience to their roles.

The executive committee, consisting of six dynamic members, will play a vital role in shaping the organization's future. Their expertise, combined with public-private collaborations, underscores a commitment to fostering a collaborative ecosystem.
