Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) has secured the final safety certification for the Janakpuri West to Krishna Park Extension section of the Magenta Line, officials reported on Friday. This crucial segment links Janakpuri in Delhi to the Botanical Garden in Uttar Pradesh.

Anuj Dayal, principal executive director of DMRC, confirmed that the construction work on the Janakpuri West-Krishna Park Extension in Phase 4 has been finalized.

With all necessary inspections concluded, the final safety certification has been obtained. Compliance with the prescribed clearance stipulations will be ensured, and the opening date for this section will be announced accordingly, Dayal stated.
