Macrotech Developers Expands Industrial Footprint with Major Acquisitions
Macrotech Developers Ltd, under its Lodha brand, has acquired a 100 per cent stake in Opexefi Services and One Box Warehouse for nearly Rs 100 crore. Aimed at growing its industrial and warehousing parks business, the acquisitions align with their strategy for digital infrastructure expansion across India.

Macrotech Developers Ltd, operating under the Lodha brand, has secured a 100 per cent stake in Opexefi Services Pvt Ltd and One Box Warehouse Pvt Ltd for approximately Rs 100 crore. This move is a strategic effort to expand its industrial and warehousing parks business.
The company has signed Share Purchase Agreements (SPAs) for the acquisitions, according to a regulatory filing made on Wednesday. Both Opexefi and One Box will now function as wholly owned subsidiaries of Macrotech Developers.
The acquisition of Opexefi was valued at Rs 46.67 crore, while One Box was bought for Rs 49.09 crore. Both companies are involved in the development of logistics parks and warehouses but have yet to commence business operations.
