Noida Airport Gears Up for 2025 Launch with Aerodrome License Application

Noida International Airport operator, YIAPL, is set to apply for an aerodrome license by December, following validation flights, according to a senior official.
Commercial operations are scheduled to commence by the end of April 2025, despite previous construction delays. Initially, operations were planned to start by September 2024.
Yamuna International Airport Pvt Ltd (YIAPL), a subsidiary of Zurich Airport International AG, is in charge of developing the airport. The first phase includes one runway, one terminal, and a capacity to handle 12 million passengers.
