Trehan IRIS Partners with Marriott for New Greater Noida Hotel

Trehan IRIS has teamed up with Marriott International to manage a new luxury hotel, 'Courtyard by Marriott', in Greater Noida. Part of the mixed-use Iris Broadway project, the hotel will feature 135 keys and banquet facilities. The project, including offices and retail spaces, involves an investment of Rs 400 crore.

Realty firm Trehan IRIS has announced its collaboration with Marriott International for managing an upcoming hotel in Greater Noida, featuring 135 keys.

The 'Courtyard by Marriott' hotel, part of the Iris Broadway mixed-use project in Greno West, will be operational by 2027.

Trehan IRIS had previously declared an investment of approximately Rs 400 crore for this commercial development, which includes retail and office spaces in addition to the hotel.

This partnership marks the introduction of the Marriott brand to the Noida region for the first time.

The new hotel will offer 135 rooms and extensive banquet facilities capable of hosting over 2,000 people.

''Through our partnership with Courtyard by Marriott at Iris Broadway Greno West, we are introducing a landmark destination that seamlessly integrates luxury accommodations, premium office spaces, and upscale retail offerings,'' said Aman Trehan, Executive Director at Trehan IRIS.

Ranju Alex, Area Vice President for South Asia at Marriott International, stated, ''We are very pleased to collaborate with Trehan IRIS to bring the Courtyard by Marriott brand to Greater Noida West - Uttar Pradesh. Trehan IRIS, an established firm since the early 1950s, has over six decades of experience in construction and has developed over 15 million square feet area across Delhi-NCR.
