Mr. Deepak L meticulously organized the event with active support from volunteers Nirmala, Ramesh, Ashwaq, Puratchiya, and Poovarasan. Ms. Janaki, the orphanage manager, coordinated the event to ensure smooth distribution of aid to the 22 children residing there. The supplies included food items, stationery, and sports equipment, specifically chosen to enhance the children's daily lives and educational experiences.

The event commenced at 6:00 AM, with volunteers distributing the supplies to the children. A drawing activity followed, wherein the children showcased their creativity.
