Hero MotoCorp To Dominate the 125cc Segment with New Scooters and Bikes

Hero MotoCorp is set to expand its scooter lineup and boost its 125cc bike segment to outpace competitors. The company plans to introduce new petrol and electric scooters, and increase production capacity for the Xtreme 125R. Executives are optimistic about the growth prospects, especially in rural markets.

Hero MotoCorp is gearing up for a significant expansion of its scooter range and is strengthening its position in the 125cc bike segment to gain a competitive edge, CEO Niranjan Gupta announced.

The company aims to roll out new petrol and electric scooter models while also increasing the production capacity of the Xtreme 125R to meet rising demand.

''Expect big actions on both the ICE and EV sides. We will soon unveil the full-body change of Destini, followed by Xoom models - 125cc and 160cc - within this fiscal year,'' Gupta revealed during an analyst call.
