In a significant development, the Femina Miss India 2024 pageant, co-powered by Tops & Rajnigandha Pearls, has unveiled its state winners for its diamond jubilee edition in Mumbai. The winner, who will be crowned in the grand finale, will go on to represent India at the 73rd Miss World competition, inching the pageant closer to unveiling India's next global beauty icon. This historic 60th edition of Femina Miss India promises to be a grand spectacle that celebrates its storied tradition while looking ahead to the future of Indian womanhood.

Over the past six decades, the Femina Miss India pageant has acted as a launchpad for many women, propelling them to national and international acclaim. Numerous past winners have become iconic figures in the glamour and entertainment industries. Femina Miss India has intertwined with India's social fabric, shaping the careers of remarkable women who have considerably contributed to society. Commemorating its 60th anniversary, the pageant is unwavering in its mission to empower women and provide a platform to exhibit their talents, intellect, and beauty. The rigorous selection process, spanning five months and covering extensive nationwide screenings and auditions, saw overwhelming participation. Regional auditions held across five major cities, including Delhi, Kolkata, Guwahati, Bengaluru, and Mumbai, culminated in 30 state winners making it to the grand finale in Mumbai.

The esteemed jury panel, consisting of industry experts and former titleholders, assessed contestants on various criteria such as aesthetics, fitness, communication skills, intellect, personality, stage presence, and confidence. Each state winner epitomizes the modern, self-empowered Indian woman.

The state winners participating in the Femina Miss India 2024 are: Aabha Katre (Himachal Pradesh), Amrita Sethi (Punjab), Sakshi Joshi (Uttarakhand), Supriya Dahiya (Haryana), Sifti Singh Sarang (Delhi), Divyanshi Batra (Uttar Pradesh), Nikita Porwal (Madhya Pradesh), Vishakha Rai (Chhattisgarh), Ananya Panda (Odisha), Riya Nandini (Jharkhand), Aditi Jha (Bihar), Dolly Singh (West Bengal), Sahara Subba (Sikkim), Arundhuti Saikia (Assam), Tadu Lunia (Arunachal Pradesh), Jentiren Jamir (Nagaland), Chanchui Khayi (Manipur), Lalsangkimi (Mizoram), Nikita Ghosh (Tripura), Angelia N Marwein (Meghalaya), Bhavya Reddy (Andhra Pradesh), Prakruthi Kambam (Telangana), Malina (Tamil Nadu), Akshatha Meetinay (Kerala), Apeksha Shetty (Karnataka), Shruti Raul (Goa), Arshia Rashid (Maharashtra), Aayushi Dholakia (Gujarat), Vaishnavi Sharma (Rajasthan), and Rekha Pandey (Union Territory).

The state winners will attend a boot camp featuring training, digital content shoots, promotional visits, subtitle competitions, personal interviews, and an awards night, culminating in the grand coronation night.
