Heartwarming Charity Event by IYDF and Amritsar Foundation Uplifts Orphanage Children

The International Youth Development Foundation (IYDF) and Amritsar Foundation hosted a charity event at The Central Khalsa Orphanage, providing essential supplies and emotional support to 26 underprivileged children. On a heartwarming afternoon in Amritsar, the International Youth Development Foundation (IYDF) teamed up with the Amritsar Foundation to host a charity event at The Central Khalsa Orphanage. Organized by Mr. Gurinder Singh Johal, the event's goal was to provide essential supplies and emotional upliftment to underprivileged children.

Volunteers, including Khusbu, Manmeet Kaur, Sunny, and Shallu, played a pivotal role, distributing drawing books, sketch pencils, watercolor sets, notebooks, biscuits, chocolates, chips, badminton rackets, and shuttlecocks. These generous donations from the Amritsar Foundation aimed to improve the children's daily lives and educational experiences. The orphanage, chaired by Dr. Inderbir Singh Nijjer, witnessed 26 children joyfully receiving the donations, with the day featuring poetry recitals and drawing competitions, adding to the lively atmosphere.

Gurinder Singh Johal expressed his deep gratitude, saying, 'Spending time with these children and seeing their dreams is incredibly rewarding. Their enthusiasm is inspiring, and I'm thankful for the chance to make a difference.'
