Building Blocks Group (BBG), an award-winning organization specializing in plotted land development, has been recognized as one of India's foremost real estate companies. The BBG Talent Factory Awards Ceremony, held on June 10, 2024, at the Om Convention in Narsinghi, featured guest speaker Mr. Sudheer Sandra and actress Ms. Rashi Singh, who presented the awards.

Highlighting the organization's social responsibility, Reddy emphasized BBG's goal to positively impact the broader community, supporting initiatives like girl child empowerment and Bharosa Centers through the BBG Foundation. During the ceremony, Rashi Singh presented cheques totaling 30 lakhs to the BBG Foundation, aiming to empower 20,00,000 girl children by 2040. BBG's active involvement in promoting girl child education and empowerment is evident through various programs and partnerships, working towards gender equality and a brighter future.
