Sanofi Healthcare India Pvt Ltd on Wednesday declared a significant investment of Euro 400 million for expanding its Global Capacity Centre (GCC) in Hyderabad over the next six years, with Euro 100 million to be invested by next year.

Madeleine Roach, Executive Vice President, Business Operations, Sanofi, detailed at a press conference that the GCC is poised to become the largest of Sanofi's four global hubs, housing approximately 2,600 employees within the next two years.

Since its establishment in 2019, the Hyderabad hub has evolved from a medical-focused center to a multi-functional hub providing best-in-class services for Sanofi's global operations and affiliates, Roach highlighted.
