Pratt & Whitney Expands Global Customer Support with New Centre in Bengaluru
US aerospace giant Pratt & Whitney has inaugurated a new Customer Service Centre (CSS) in Bengaluru, enhancing its global service operations for 68,000 engines. The facility, part of the India Capability Centre, will offer a variety of services, employ 150 experts, and support clients worldwide, including airlines and OEMs.

US aerospace major Pratt & Whitney on Wednesday inaugurated a new Customer Service Centre (CSS) in Bengaluru, aimed at bolstering global service operations for 68,000 engines in service worldwide, the company announced.
The facility, situated within Pratt & Whitney's India Capability Centre, will provide a comprehensive range of services, including MRO support, spare part management, engine leasing, engine reliability analysis, and contract administration. Over 150 aerospace experts and engineers will be employed to support the global customer service ecosystem.
Clients ranging from domestic and international airlines to OEMs and regulatory bodies are set to benefit from the new centre. ''With this new Customer Service Centre, we are leveraging our existing investments in India and utilizing regional talent to enhance our product and service dependability,'' stated Nivine Kallab, Vice President, Customer Programs, Pratt & Whitney Canada.
