PBPartners, the PoSP arm of Policybazaar, proudly commemorated its third anniversary on July 16 in Gurugram, Haryana, reflecting on three years of impactful offline service. Over this period, PBPartners has established a robust network of 1.2 lakh certified partners, covering over 18,000 pin codes and operating across 1,200+ cities nationwide.
This network ensures seamless offline services such as policy issuance and claim settlement, driving substantial business growth, particularly in Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities. Operating from state-of-the-art experience centers in 16 cities, PBPartners remains dedicated to providing comprehensive insurance solutions to underserved populations that may lack digital access.
Supported by over 1,400 relationship managers, PBPartners has introduced key initiatives like an on-demand payout system, real-time partner ledgers, the PBP One Loyalty Program, and enhanced contest visibility. These efforts have significantly boosted agent engagement and operational productivity, reducing payout turnaround times and ensuring transparency.
Sarbvir Singh, Joint Group CEO of PB Fintech, emphasized that PBPartners was created to extend insurance services beyond metro areas, successfully serving 50% of its business from Tier-3 cities and reaching over six million customers. Co-founder Dhruv Sarin highlighted PBPartners' leading position with over 51 insurance provider partnerships and noted a 4X increase in user engagement in FY24.
