Dabur India is anticipating a gradual rise in consumption this fiscal year, driven by optimistic economic indicators and favorable monsoon predictions, according to Chairman Mohit Burman. The company aims to bolster its rural presence and introduce more premium products in urban markets to fuel growth across its portfolio.

According to its latest annual report, Dabur plans to expand deeper into hinterlands while increasing its premium offerings in urban sectors. The firm eyes significant growth through new-age channels like Quick Commerce. CEO Mohit Malhotra highlighted that Q-Commerce is emerging as a robust channel with substantial growth potential.

Despite a slowdown in rural consumption last fiscal year due to high food inflation and erratic rainfall, Dabur remains confident in its business strategy. The company's portfolio includes nine power brands, which account for around 70% of its total sales. Dabur plans to capture more market share by leveraging infrastructure projects and focusing on rural income support.
