FICCI in cooperation with World Intellectual Property Organisation & Intellectual Property India is organizing Roving Seminar on the Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT) on 19th March 2018 in Chandigarh.
Objectives:
- To share the knowledge about the use of PCT System in protecting the inventions globally.
- To provide information to the Indian inventors & applicants about the recent developments in PCT system.
- To benefit filing of PCT International applications through the EPCT portal, for natural persons, small entities, and startup companies etc.
- To benefit using of services of Indian Patent Office as Receiving Office (RO), International Preliminary Examining Authority (ISA/IPEA).
