The Seattle Seahawks will be walking wounded in their second game of the season, as wideout Doug Baldwin (knee) and linebackers Bobby Wagner (groin) and K.J. Wright (knee) were all ruled out for Monday night at the Chicago Bears.

Cornerback Shaquill Griffin (thigh) is questionable, while corner Tre Flowers, guard D.J. Fluker, and safety Delano Hill are all doubtful with hamstring injuries.

Baldwin sustained what was reported as a Grade 2 tear of the medial collateral ligament in his right knee when he was rolled up on in Week 1. He had previously missed the entire preseason with a left knee issue, which he admitted to reporters would likely bother him throughout the year.

Wright had a knee scope shortly before the season and did not play last week, but he has resumed running. It's unclear when or how Wagner was injured, as he played all 74 snaps in Week 1. The Seahawks signed linebacker Mychal Kendricks -- who pled guilty to insider trading last week and faces up to 25 years in prison, with sentencing scheduled for December -- earlier this week.

Fifth-round rookie Shaquem Griffin started for Wright last week, but he was pulled late in favor of Austin Calitro, which head coach Pete Carroll said this week was a result of Griffin making some errors and getting "fooled on a couple things."

Shaquill Griffin, Shaquem's twin brother, didn't miss a snap last week and practiced Thursday before missing Friday's session with a thigh injury. Flowers, a fifth-round rookie who converted from safety, played 72 of 74 snaps last week but hasn't practiced since due to a hamstring issue.

The Seahawks have just three other cornerbacks on the roster: Justin Coleman, Neiko Thorpe, and Akeem King. Dontae Johnson, who was previously expected to start at right cornerback, was placed on injured reserve last Saturday with a groin injury.

Fluker sat out last week and has yet to practice during the regular season. J.R. Sweezy, who is listed second on the depth chart, started at right guard for Fluker against the Broncos.

NFL Network reported Saturday the Seahawks informed starting defensive tackle Tom Johnson of his release, in order to free a roster spot for an injury fill-in. Per the report, the team hopes to re-sign Johnson -- who was already guaranteed $1.85 million for this year -- after Monday's game.
