Crimea attack: Death toll rises to 19

The death toll in a gun attack by a pupil at a college in Crimea on Wednesday has risen to 19, Russia's health ministry said.

Vladislav Roslyakov, 18, went through the building shooting at fellow pupils before killing himself.
