France, in the past several years, has been organizing the Ironman Triathlon competition involving competitors around the world and it is one of the world’s toughest competition which is needed to be completed within 16 hours. The tournament starts with the first four kilometres of swimming, about 180 km off cycling and then 42 km Sprint (running). Dr. Singhal completed the Triathlon in 15 hours and 13 minutes winning the title of Ironman.
Ravindra was born in village Nindana of Haryana. He completed his early education in the village itself and later moved to Delhi with his father who served in Delhi Police for higher education. With his dedication for doing something for society took him to the job of IPS Officer.
His family members are also placed on high government posts. Still, according to villagers, he and his family continuously visit their native village.
Seeing his age and his achievement in Triathlon he is a true Iron Man because at this age when its time to take rest for most officers, making a decision to participate in the competition itself requires guts. This is the reason he has been known as Ironman in the Bhopal Police. Ravindra is famous for his dedication towards duties.
He has joined the two other Indians who earlier accomplished the title. In 2015, Model turned Actor Milind Somand has successfully grabbed the title and in 2016, Maharastra IPS Officer Krishna Prakash has also joined the feat.
