The Houston Rockets are reportedly turning their eye toward re-signing center Clint Capela during a busy start to free agency.

Front office officials will meet with the restricted free agent and his representatives in Los Angeles on Sunday, according to an ESPN report. Capela also scheduled a meeting with the Los Angeles Lakers, according to a TNT report.

Capela is coming off a career year with the Rockets in which he averaged 13.9 points and 10.8 rebounds while making a league-best 65.2 percent of his field goal attempts.

The Rockets drafted Capela 25th overall in 2014 and, after playing just 12 games as a rookie, he's improved each season.

Houston also reportedly reached a four-year, $160 million deal to keep star guard Chris Paul and a one-year minimum salary contract worth $2.4 million for swingman Gerald Green in the early hours of free agency.

Departing Houston is another swingman, starter Trevor Ariza, who will join the Phoenix Suns on a $15 million, one-year deal, according to multiple reports Sunday.
