For over a year, the Delhi Police has been unable to find a single clue to lead to Najeeb Ahmed, who was made to disappear from the campus.

"We condemn the attack on our student in unequivocal terms. The Delhi Police must expedite the investigation and arrest of Umar Khalid's attacker immediately. We demand that this state of lawlessness and a witch-hunt against JNU and its students be halted immediately," the statement added.
