The Kremlin, commenting on a possible 14th package of European Union sanctions against Russia, said on Monday it understood that sanctions would continue to expand.
Sweden's foreign minister said on Monday that the EU's next package of Ukraine-related sanctions against Russia should include targeting a shadow fleet of tankers moving Russian oil to circumvent sanctions.
Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said Russia would try to minimise losses from the sanctions.
